At MKE Reign Training Facility. We offer an array of classes for your athlete. We offer cheer classes for ages 5+, for school and all star cheerleaders to perfect their technique and grow in their skills needed to compete. Our cheer classes are done at our location in New
Berling, which is centrally located between the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. With this membership you can feel free to come to as many or as few classes as you'd like with what fits within your schedule. FLIGHT SCHOOL
Flyers currently in Level 1-2 will do drills that will help flyers to stay tight and have proper technique when they go in the air.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BASE
Don't Break 90! In the class you will drill proper technique for bases and backspots in all star cheer. It's purpose is to build strength and technique for bases. Available for all levels..
JUMPS
Class is geared toward teaching the developing cheerleader proper jump technique & Stephanie Brodbeck jump drills and training. Jumps will be taught with a cheerleading approach but are open to all interested in improving jump technique.
STRETCH
As an athlete, our bodies are incredibly valuable in our daily fitness practice. Warming up and stretching our body is crucial in the longevity of our abilities. This class will cover basic stretch sequences to continue to keep everything moving and grooving safely.
NOTE: ALL CHEER CLASSES ARE 25 MIN.
