Private Lesson for Tumbling, Cheer & Parkour

Terms & Conditions:

I agree to call in to the front desk at 262-784-6492 and pre-pay for my private lesson to confirm my private lesson day and time.

I understand I can share my private lesson with up to three other but the private lesson has to remain in one athlete's account and payment has to be worked out among the individuals participating.

I understand there are no refunds or credits for cancellations within 24 hours of the private lesson or for no shows.

​

I understand that I must arrive on time for my private lesson and if I am late, my private lesson will end at it's expected time.

​

I understand that a parent must sign a waiver in order to participate.
