What to Expect at Your First Class:

• Sign in at the front desk and make sure you get checked in.

• You will meet your coach in the Launch Zone.

• Have Fun!

• Before you leave, stop at the front desk and get your member bag with goodies!

What to Bring With You to Your FREE Trial Class:

• Athletic Wear and tennis or cheer shoes.

• Water Bottle to last you throughout the class, there will not be an opportunity to re-fill your water bottle during the class.
