At MKE Reign Training Facility. We offer an array of classes for your athlete, ages 8+.  Aerial and Dance Classes are centrally located between the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. Feel free to come to as many or as little classes as you'd like with what fits within your schedule. -Classes offered in collaboration with Warped Dance Studios out of Sheboygan.  We are proud to have partnered with Warped to offer aerial classes in the Milwaukee area.

-Smaller class sizes too ensure your athlete gets the attention they need to reach their goals.

Silks 8-12 BEGINNER

TUESDAYS 5:00PM.  SATURDAY 10:00AM

These classes are "flyer friendly" which means that everyone ages 8+ are welcome to join regardless of your athletic background or experience. Each class will begin with stretching and strengthening exercises aided by our aerial silks. You will be taught a variety of skills such as wrist locks, foot locks, basic wraps while in the air. Aerial silks is empowering, fun and builds important skills like concentration, coordination, teamwork and confidence.

 

Lyra 8-12 BEGINNER

TUESDAYS 7:00PM.  SATURDAY 12:00PM.

Lyra, also called Hoop, is a steel ring hung vertically by one or two ropes. In this class you will learn body positioning, balance and conditioning that will allow you to properly execute moves. You will also learn poses and moves on and above the hoop. As you become more familiar with the hoop, you will learn to spin the apparatus as you execute skills and poses.

 

Silks 13+ BEGINNER

TUESDAYS 6:00PM.  SATURDAY 11:00AM.

STRETCH

MONDAY 4:15PM,  TUESDAYS 4:15PM.   FRIDAY 4:15PM.  SUNDAY 12PM. 

As an athlete, our bodies are incredibly valuable in our daily fitness practice. Warming up and stretching our body is crucial in the longevity of our abilities. This class will cover basic stretch sequences to continue to keep everything moving and grooving safely. 

STRETCHFORDANCERS

FRIDAY 5:45PM.  SUNDAY 3:45PM. 

Focusing our efforts on increasing the mobility of our muscles, athletes will learn a variety of stretching sequences to assist with the elegance and spectacular of their performance.

Tumbling for Dancers

FRIDAY 5:00PM.  SATURDAY 1:15PM.  SUNDAY 2:00PM. 

Tricks and acrobats are on the rise within the forever evolving commercial dance community. My goal as an aspiring dancer/choreographer is to incorporate these moments unexpectedly within the sequences of movement. In this class, students will learn basic elements of tumbling skills (from the foundational floor work to the most exquisite tricks) to increase variety and intensity of each performance opportunity. 

Dancer Leaps & Jumps

FRIDAY 6:30PM. 

Challenging the strength of our bodies quickest and most explosive movements, athletes will learn a variety of basic dance techniques to recruit the ultimate strength and flexibility to execute graceful leaps and jumps. From a beautiful grand jeté to the noteworthy flying disc, all athletes will find themselves soaring through the air. 

Hip Hop Tricks

FRIDAY 7:15PM.  SUNDAY 3:00PM. 

Exploring the physicality and style of Hip Hop and social dance, athletes will be challenged through the fusion of choreography and basic tricks.

Aerials

SATURDAY 12:15PM.

Aerials class is purely dedicated to aerials as well as aerial variations and the technique needed to perform on a hard floor.
